Tabata is a type of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) based on short but intense exercise intervals: 20 seconds of maximum effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated over a four-minute period.
The class includes a series of these intervals using full-body exercises such as squats, burpees, push-ups, jumps, and dynamic equipment-based movements, keeping the intensity high and the metabolism active for hours after the workout.
It is ideal for those who want to quickly improve their fitness level, burn fat, and build strength in a short amount of time. Tabata is short, demanding, and highly effective.
Duration: 50 minutes
